Jeffrey's description

Jeffrey was 5ft 7in tall, medium build, 170lbs. He had dark brown hair, receding and greying at the temples. His eyes were blue.

He was wearing a white Stockport County football shirt over a yellow and blue, small check, short-sleeved cotton shirt with collar. He was also wearing dark blue, long trousers and black leather shoes with velcro fastenings

Jeffrey, although 38 years old, was mentally handicapped and had a mental age of a child of 8 years. He was very gullible and loved people and groups. He would happily talk to anyone who wished to converse to him.

Jeffrey`s walk was decidedly awkward with a lop sided gait.
He often walked with his head bowed- sometimes mumbling to himself. He was not dangerous in any way and could be approached.
